A handsome French-made Parker 75 fountain pen in the collectible Thuya Laque finish, dating to 1989. The warm brown lacquer has a mottled, woodgrain-like depth that gives the pen a refined vintage look — classic, understated, and quietly distinctive.

This example is fitted with a 14K / 585 medium nib and marked Made in France. The cap date code appears to include the N year mark for 1989; if read as IIN, it corresponds to the second quarter of 1989. Includes a new Parker converter, so it is ready to be filled with bottled fountain pen ink.

Why We Love It
The Thuya Laque finish gives the Parker 75 a warmer, more organic feel than the better-known sterling Ciselé versions. It has that elegant executive-desk presence: collectible, usable, and beautifully restrained.

Styling Notes
A wonderful piece for a fountain pen collector, a thoughtful Father’s Day gift, or a polished everyday writing instrument. It pairs beautifully with leather folios, vintage stationery, and classic desk accessories.
